At UnderPaid, we provide a payslip auditing service for employees. Many employees are underpaid, but many never find out, so their underpayment goes unrecovered.
We review your payslips against your relevant Award or Enterprise Agreement to identify underpayments. We'll look at your ordinary rate, penalty rates, allowances, and leave entitlements, and match these up with your rosters. We'll then prepare a report showing how much you've been underpaid, and why.
The different services we provide are listed below:
Single Payslip Audit - $20.00 AUD
6-Month Payslip Audit - $50.00 AUD
12-Month Payslip Audit - $80.00 AUD
How It Works
Reach out to us by email, social media or our website.
We'll get back to you straight away, asking for your payslips, rosters (or actual hours worked), and general information about your employment. We'll also indicate an expected timeframe for completion of your audit, which is usually around 48 hours.
Shortly after, we'll reply with your report, noting how much you've been underpaid, and why. We'll also provide you with general information regarding how to recover your underpayment, if one is identified. We'll then provide you with a number of methods for payment.
Upon receipt of payment, we'll wipe all of your personal information and confidential files from our database, and notify you when this is complete.
